Performance metrics overview

Learn how to access and understand Flow performance metrics in ReelFlow.

Performance metrics overview

When you land on the ↗️ Performance screen, the interface is split into two primary areas:

1. Headline Performance metrics

At the top of the page you’ll find your headline performance metric cards. These high-level metrics give you a summary of your overall Flow performance across all the Flows in your Workspace.

To see the individual definitions for these values, head to our headline Performance Metrics definitions.

2. Per-Flow Performance metrics table

The lower half of the Performance screen page provide for a deep-dive into individual Flow performance. This table section includes filters and column customization options that allows you to slice and dice your view of the data.

To understand the specific definitions behind the numbers in the table columns, head to our Per-Flow Metrics Definitions.

Customize the Performance table view

Use the table tools to filter, view and extract data as you wish:

  • Search: Use the search bar to find a specific Flow by name.

  • Date Picker: Adjust the date range to pull data for specific periods. This is the best way to perform week-over-week or month-over-month comparisons.

  • Filters: Narrow down your results using the filters.

  • Download Report: Click the download button to export your current view in a CSV spreadsheet format.

  • Configure column visibility: allows you to choose exactly which columns are displayed in the table. Your choices will apply whenever you view this page.

Looking for Flow action button-level reporting? Selecting a Flow from the table will take you to the Flow, where you can view this engagement data.

Note: If you are comparing new data against data you exported from the ReelFlow performance screen prior to February 2026, please generate and download new reports within the dashboard first as the definitions have been updated, and historical data may not be directly comparable.
