How to Export & Resize Video Files

This article explains ReelFlow's video export settings for ReelFlow and one-click presets for popular editing tools to ensure fast uploads and high-quality playback.

We recommend you prepare your videos as MP4 (H-264), 1080p, 8 Mb/s (or ‘RF 20’ quality), AAC audio 48 kHz.

The file you create should be about 60 MB per minute. That ensures the fastest upload and perfect playback on ReelFlow.
