What is the ReelFlow Player?

The Player is how we display the ReelFlow video on a website. It contains the video controls and interactive buttons, and is how the visitor experiences all the interactive experiences – what we call Flows – that you build in our Flow Builder.

What is an Eye-catcher?

The Eye-catcher is the visible part of the ReelFlow Player when you first land on a page. It sits left or right in the bottom corner of the screen, and displays an eye-catching video loop which can be interacted with or clicked on to start the interactive Flow experience.

What is a Flow?

A Flow is a customizable interactive video experience, built in ReelFlow. You build and manage a sequence of videos and actions, that can be displayed on a website like a choose your own adventure. Flows are displayed on your website pages, experienced in our ReelFlow Player, to be enjoyed by visitors. We capture performance metrics for each Flow, allowing you to review the usage.

What is a video reel?

A video reel in ReelFlow is a single unit video which can be placed within a Flow, and it represents a segment of the interactive experience. Video reels are the building blocks of your Flow, allowing you to create dynamic and engaging video content for website visitors.

What is a Workspace?

A Workspace in ReelFlow is a dedicated environment where you can view, edit and organize Flows associated with your website.

It is the centre for managing your ReelFlow setup for a website, allowing you to:

  • Create and edit Flows
  • Manage team members and their access permissions
  • Track performance metrics for your video reels and other content

Each Workspace has a Workspace URL, which is where the Install Code is present.

You can find out the region of your Workspace in your Dashboard at Settings > Workspace.

What is an Organization?

An Organization in ReelFlow can contain one or more Workspaces. It typically represents a company that may have different teams or departments using ReelFlow.

Organizations allow for centralized management and oversight of all associated Workspaces, including billing and user permissions.

What is the Dashboard?

The ReelFlow Dashboard is where you manage the Flows, video reels and performance metrics associated with a Workspace.

What is the Library?

The Library is where you manage the video content you have added to your Workspace. You can upload videos.
